The NuDisc® is Kee’s flagship product, used in many commercial applications and well known to the utilities market.
The biological process uses the well-proven principle of RBCs which supports a biologically active film (biomass) for the biological treatment of waste water.
Whilst the smaller commercial RBCs are often contained within one tank, the larger sewage systems can have multiple tanks with one dedicated primary chamber to provide sludge settlement and the addition of a separate RBC (treatment zone). In the largest systems, a final clarifier tank will be added to complete the process.
