Tanker Driver

We are currently looking for a Tanker Driver To provide collection and transportation of waste locally often working alone and delivering to disposal locations. Supporting engineers to complete jetting, sucking, line cleaning, soakways, and pump station clean outs. Ensuring all activities are carried out in a professional and timely manner. To ensure that work is completed accurately, on time and to the agreed standards at Owls Hall.

Main responsibilities Include:

  • Safely and efficiently operate vacuum tanker HGVs for drainage purposes.
  • Keep the vehicle in a clean & roadworthy condition both internally & externally, performing basic maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform required pre/post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety.
  • Complete any required documentation for delivery and collection of waste with our handheld devices.
  • Ensuring that customers receive the highest levels of customer service at all times.
  • Being part of the OHEL emergency call-out rota.
  • Complying with all health and safety requirements on site as detailed by the Site Manager or our clients.

Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Safely and efficiently operating the vacuum tanker and jetter for drainage purposes.
  • Ensuring The tanker and vacuum is operated to manufactures guidelines.
  • To Keep the vehicle in a clean & roadworthy condition both internally & externally, performing basic maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensuring all equipment is checked regularly and any defects reported accordingly.
  • Complete any required documentation for delivery and collection of waste with our handheld devices.
  • Being part of the Call out team and sharing the Rota to support our customers.

Ground Worker

We’re currently looking to recruit Groundworkers to provide an efficient and high quality installation service to our prospective and current clients. Working with the Installation Manger and Planning Co Ordinator, to ensure that each job is completed accurately on time and to the required standards.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Working under the direction of the Installation Manager to ensure that site installations are correctly and safely undertaken and are completed on time and within budget. This will include staying away from home on occasions and working outside normal hours of Monday to Friday when needed.
  • Completing any required information and returning this to colleagues on the fleet management system.
  • Ensuring that stock is used properly and correctly accounted for.
  • Ensuring that you comply with the health and safety requirements for each site and that you wear any PPE that may be required and take any other appropriate risk reduction measures.

Field Service Engineer

We’re currently looking to recruit a Service Engineer to carryout Commercial servicing, repairs and breakdowns including Electrical diagnostics and fault finding on all types of water systems.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out servicing & repairs to Residential/Commercial sewage treatment plants, rainwater harvesting, grease systems and pumping stations   to manufacturer and OHEL standards on time and to budget
  • Carrying out electric diagnostics and fault finding to supply first time fix
  • Investigate and repair where applicable warranty issues
  • Carrying out daily and weekly vehicle checks as specified by the Service Manager
  • Ensuring that customers receive the highest levels of customer service at all times
  • Fulfill company vehicle and plant repairs
  • Being part of the OHEL emergency call out Rota
  • Complying with all health and safety requirements on site as detailed by the Site Manager or our clients.
