What To Expect During A Sewage Treatment Plant Installation

Residential Service

With your site survey, we take you through the process of installing a sewage treatment plant, so that you know what to expect.

If you are interested in the installation of a new rainwater harvesting system.

If you are interested in the installation of a new sewage treatment plantseptic tankpumping stationrainwater harvesting system, or any of the range of specialist products that we supply, we will make a visit to your property to conduct a survey.

Amongst the things which we will be looking at are:

  • The suitability of the land for the product
  • Access to the grounds
  • The type of machinery required and the number of staff we think may be required to carry out the work
  • Testing which may need to be carried out on site
  • Current systems installed in the ground
  • Location of utility pipes and watercourses

It is likely that we may take some measurements to help us put a detailed quote together.

We will ask you some questions to gain a better understanding of your requirements, your property and the ground conditions.

An estimate or quote will be sent to you in the post, detailing the work we envisage and the total cost involved.

If you are interested in having the work carried out, we usually ask for a 10% deposit to secure the work. The parts will then be sourced and we will then arrange a convenient time for us to come on site.

Every job is different and we know that customers will have concerns regarding disruption and the nature of the works that we carry out, so we will always give you as much information as we can about the work that we will do.

As much of the work that we carry out is below ground, it will usually require the use of digging equipment and some disruption to your garden or driveway. We will always look to minimise the impact wherever possible.
